The President of the Republic of Korea, Her Excellency Park Geun-hye, has accepted an invitation from The Queen to pay a State Visit to the United Kingdom from 5th to 7th November, 2013.
The President will stay at Buckingham Palace.
Background
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh paid a State Visit to the Republic of Korea at the invitation of President Kim Dae-jung in 1999.
The President of the Republic of Korea, Mr Roh Moo-hyun paid a State Visit to the United Kingdom in 2004.
