Cathedral Music Trust's Diamond Fund for Choristers
Website: cathedralmusictrust.org.ukDFC is not a separate organisation, but operates as a part of FCM; its full title is Friends of Cathedral Music's Diamond Fund for Choristers. The distinction between the Fund and its parent body is that DFC's purpose is specifically to help and support the children of our cathedral and collegiate choirs, while FCM has a much wider brief dealing with requests for assistance across the whole range of music provision in our Cathedrals, Colleges and Major Churches, including provision of rehearsal facilities, music, singers for the back rows, organ scholars, as well as choristers.
