The Countess of Wessex keeps in touch with the Women’s Network Forum over lockdown

The Countess of Wessex, Founding Chair of the Women’s Network Forum, has been continuing the work of the group virtually during lockdown.

The Countess is the founder and chair of the Forum (WNF), which provides an opportunity for senior leaders from a variety of UK companies to discuss the challenges and issues businesses face in attracting, developing, retaining and advancing women in the workplace.

Over recent weeks, the Network Forum has been meeting via video conference to continue addressing topics such as mentorship, agile working and gender parity, as well as any work-related issues and concerns that have been exacerbated by lockdown.

Watch below as The Countess opens the latest WNF webinar earlier this week, Tuesday 16th June:

The webinar was joined by over 1,000 people worldwide from member organisations of the Women’s Network Forum.

The Countess said:

I would encourage all of you on this call to see what you can do to help our young people. Now, more than ever, we need to do what we can to assist them.
