    His Royal Highness, President, Creative Youth, this evening attended a Fuse International Festival Performance at the Rose Theatre, 24-26 High Street. Kingston upon Thames, and was received by the Reverend Martin Hislop (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

    The Prince of Wales this morning visited Morecambe Winter Gardens, 209 Marine Road Central, Morecambe, and was received by Mrs. Christine Kirk (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire).

    His Royal Highness, President, The Prince's Trust, this afternoon visited Morecambe Community Fire Station, Westgate, Morecambe.

    The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Mercian Regiment, later visited 2nd Battalion at Weeton Barracks, Singleton Road, Weeton-with-Preese, Lancashire.

    The Queen held a Council at 4.00 p.m..

    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Mark Spencer MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Stephen Barclay MP, the Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Buckland MP, the Rt. Hon. Gregory Clark MP, the Rt. Hon. James Cleverly MP, and the Rt. Hon. Nadhim Zahawi MP.

    Mr. Shailesh Vara MP was sworn in as a member of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

    The following took the Oath of Office, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office: the Rt. Hon. Nadhim Zahawi MP (as Chancellor of the Exchequer), the Rt. Hon. Gregory Clark MP (as Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities), the Rt. Hon. Stephen Barclay MP (as Secretary of State for Health and Social Care), the Rt. Hon. James Cleverly MP (as Secretary of State for Education), the Rt. Hon. Shailesh Vara (as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland) and the Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Buckland (as Secretary of State for Wales).

    Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

    The Rt. Hon. Mark Spencer MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.

    After the Council the Rt. Hon. Christopher Malthouse MP had an audience of The Queen, was sworn Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, kissed hands upon his appointment and received from Her Majesty the Seals of Office.

    His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Narberth High Street, Pembrokeshire.

    The Prince of Wales, Patron, afterwards visited the University of Wales Trinity St. David, College Street, Lampeter, Ceredigion, for the Bicentenary celebrations.

    His Royal Highness later opened Hay Castle, Oxford Road, Hay-on-Wye, Herefordshire, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Powys (Mrs. Tia Jones).

    The Prince of Wales this evening gave a Reception for charities and community groups in Wales.
