    His Royal Highness subsequently attended a Theatre and Musical Performance, followed by a Lunch and Reception, at Lagos State Waterways Authority Yard, Falomo Jetty, Ikoyi, Lagos.

    The Earl of Wessex this afternoon called upon the Governor of Lagos (His Excellency Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu) at the Governor's Office, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos.

    His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation, this evening attended a Dinner given by Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Her Excellency Ms. Catriona Laing) at the Residence in Abuja.

    The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Blind Veterans UK, this morning held a Meeting.

    Her Royal Highness, Chairman, Women in Business Committee, this afternoon held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

    The Countess of Wessex, Global Ambassador, International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness, this evening held a Dinner for Royal National Institute of Blind People at St. James's Palace.

    Sandringham, Norfolk

    The Queen this morning opened the new Wolferton Pumping Station, King's Lynn, Norfolk, and was received by the Land Agent of the Sandringham Estate (Mr. Edward Parsons), Mr. Brian Long (Chairman, King's Lynn Drainage Board) and Mr. Philip Camamile (Chief Executive).

    Her Majesty, having been briefed on the reconstruction project and pump operations, viewed a demonstration of machinery and a display of historical items in the Control Room and met engineers, suppliers and members of staff.

    The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.
