    The Princess Royal, Patron, Woolf Institute, this afternoon received Dr. Edward Kessler upon relinquishing his appointment as Executive Director and Dr. Esther-Miriam Wagner upon assuming the appointment.

    Her Royal Highness, Chancellor, Harper Adams University, later received Dr. David Llewellyn upon relinquishing his appointment as Vice-Chancellor and Professor Kenneth Sloan upon assuming the appointment.
