    The Princess Royal this morning officially opened the offices of Teignbridge Propellers International Limited in Great Western Way, Forde Road, Newton Abbot, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr. David Fursdon).

    Her Royal Highness, Master, the Corporation of Trinity House, this afternoon visited Lundy North and Lundy South lighthouses at Lundy Island and was received by the Hon. John Rous (Deputy Lieutenant of Devon).

    Windsor Castle

    By command of The Queen, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr. Jean Olinger at 27 Wilton Crescent, London SW1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Court of St. James's.

    By command of Her Majesty, the Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps afterwards called upon His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Hinai at 167 Queen's Gate, London SW7, in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Sultanate of Oman to the Court of St. James's.

    The Princess Royal, Colonel, The Blues and Royals (Royal Horse Guards and 1st Dragoons), this morning attended a Memorial Service in Hyde Park, London W2, to commemorate the Fortieth Anniversary of the Hyde Park Bombings and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Mr. Kenneth Olisa).

    Her Royal Highness, Royal Patron, Motor Neurone Disease Association, this afternoon attended a Reception at the University of Northampton, University Drive, Northampton, and was received by Mrs. Morcea Walker (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire).

    The Princess Royal later officially opened Chester House Estate, Irchester, Wellingborough, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire (Mr. James Saunders Watson).

    The Prince of Wales, Honorary Commodore, Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited Torre Abbey Grounds, the King's Drive, Torquay, to mark the Two Hundredth Anniversary of Her Majesty's Coastguard and were received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr. David Fursdon).

    His Royal Highness, President, The Prince's Trust, and Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Cockington Court, Cockington Lane, Torquay, and were received by Mr. Brian Wills-Pope (Deputy Lieutenant of Devon).

    The Prince of Wales, Patron, South Atlantic Medal Association, and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon attended a Reception onboard HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH, HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, to mark the Fortieth Anniversary of the end of the Falklands Conflict and were received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr. Nigel Atkinson).

    Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited E. L. Lewis and Sons, the Haven, Dilwyn, to mark their Two Hundredth Anniversary, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire (Mr. Edward Harley).

    The Princess Royal later visited Safelane Global Limited, Unit 2, Phocle Business Park, Phocle Green, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

    The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited Launceston Market Square, Broad Street, Launceston, and were received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall (Colonel Edward Bolitho).

    His Royal Highness afterwards visited Trefranck Farm, St. Clether, Launceston, to mark the Tenth Anniversary of Innovative Farmers.

    The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall this afternoon visited the Duchy of Cornwall's Nansledan Development.

    The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, this afternoon visited Silver Stories, Charlestown School Crinnis Road, Carlyon Bay, St. Austell, and was received by Mr. James Williams (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall).

    Windsor Castle

    His Excellency Mr. Khaled Al-Duwaisan and Mrs. Al-Duwaisan were received in farewell audience by The Queen today via video link when His Excellency took leave upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the State of Kuwait to the Court of St. James's and upon retiring as Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, when Her Majesty presented him with the Insignia of an Honorary Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George.

    Sir Philip Barton (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs) was present.

    Her Excellency Ms. Jane Hartley was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the United States of America to the Court of St. James's.

    Mr. Ralph Schlosstein was also received by Her Majesty.

    Sir Philip Barton (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs) was present.

    Lady Acland was received by The Queen and delivered up the Insignia of the Order of the Garter worn by her husband, the late Sir Antony Acland.

    Mr. Nicholas Acland and Mrs. Katharine Weston were also received by Her Majesty.

    Admiral Sir James Perowne was received by The Queen and took leave upon relinquishing his appointment as Constable and Governor, Windsor Castle, when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

    The Queen held a Council via video link at 2.30 p.m..

    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Mark Spencer MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Gregory Clark MP (Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities), the Baroness Evans of Bowes Park (Leader of the House of Lords and Lord Privy Seal) and the Rt. Hon. Alister Jack MP (Secretary of State for Scotland).

    The Rt. Hon. Andrew Stephenson MP was sworn in as a member of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

    Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.
