The Earl and Countess of Wessex this morning spoke via video link to members of staff at Plymouth City Council. Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon spoke via video link to staff and service users at Hamoaze House in Plymouth. The Earl and Countess of Wessex subsequently spoke via video link to staff and group members at Theatre Royal Plymouth.
