The Earl of Wessex this morning met local business men and women and market stall holders at Northgate Street, Chester, regarding post-Covid-19 recovery and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cheshire (Lady Redmond).
His Royal Highness afterwards attended a Reception at the Town Hall, Chester.
