By command of The King, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr. Jitoko Tikolevu at 34 Hyde Park Gate, London SW7, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as High Commissioner for the Republic of Fiji in London.

The King held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

Major Grant Baker was received by The King this afternoon upon relinquishing his appointment as a Gentleman Usher to His Majesty.

Mrs. Hannah Howard was received by The King upon relinquishing her appointment as Communications Secretary, Royal Household, when His Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, this morning visited the Lighthouse, 8-10 High Street, Woking, Surrey.

The King this morning received Secretary John Kerry (United States Special Presidential Envoy for Climate) at Windsor Castle.

The Prince of Wales, representing The King, this evening presented condolences to The Emir of the State of Kuwait at Amiri Terminal, Kuwait, following the death of The Emir Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

St. James's Palace

The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, this evening attended the Rotary Club of Windsor St. George's Carol Service at Eton College and were received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire (Mr. Andrew Try).

Dr. Anton Borg was received by The King this afternoon when His Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order.

Mrs. Borg was also received by The King.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales, Commodore-in-Chief, Submarines, this morning attended the Lord High Admiral's Divisions at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr. David Fursdon).

St. James's Palace

The Duchess of Edinburgh this morning departed Heathrow Airport, London, for Switzerland and was received this afternoon upon arrival at Geneva Airport by Mr. Simon Manley (Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the United Nations).

Her Royal Highness later attended a Meeting on Empowering Refugee Voices in Women Peace and Security Initiatives at Impact Hub Geneva, 1 Rue Fendt, Geneva.

The Duchess of Edinburgh afterwards attended a Meeting with those involved with refugee protection who are attending the Global Refugee Forum at Palexpo, Route François-Peyrot 30, le Grand-Saconnex.

Her Royal Highness later attended a Reception for Education and Gender Based Violence, at la Terrasse de la Paix, Graduate Institute, Maison de la Paix, Chemin Eugène-Rigot 2, Geneva.

The Duchess of Edinburgh this evening arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, from Switzerland.

Mr. Alexander Stonor was in attendance.

St. James's Palace

The Princess Royal, Court Member, the Fishmongers' Company, today attended the Annual General Meeting and Luncheon at Fishmongers' Hall, London Bridge, London EC4.

Buckingham Palace

The King this morning received representatives of the Weston Girls (a group of fifty Canadian women who visited the United Kingdom in 1953 to witness the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II).

His Majesty this afternoon received Senior Representatives from His Majesty's former and newly appointed Military Affiliations.

The King later visited the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), the Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (the Lord Leggatt) and Alderwoman Dame Susan Langley (Lord Mayor Locum Tenens).

His Majesty toured the Royal Courts, escorted by the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales (the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill), and met members of staff before viewing exhibits from the library.

The King met Diversity and Community Relations Judges and Magistrates and school pupils who had participated in a mock trial.

The Queen, Patron, Emmaus UK, this afternoon visited Emmaus Bristol, Backfields House, Upper York Street, St. Paul's, Bristol, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol (Mrs. Peaches Golding).

Her Majesty, Patron, the Children's Hospice South West, afterwards visited Charlton Farm Children's Hospice, Charlton Farm Road, Charlton Drive, Bristol, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Mr. Mohammed Saddiq).

The King was represented by the Earl of Dalhousie at the Funeral of Lady Penn (formerly Lady in Waiting to Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother) which was held in Perth Cathedral this afternoon.

The Queen was represented by Mr. James Hambro.

The Princess Royal was represented by Mr. Stephen Leckie

The Duke of Kent was represented by Brigadier Sir Melville Jameson.

Princess Alexandra, the Hon. Lady Ogilvy was represented by Mr. Robert Balfour.
