Robert Buckland MP (Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice), the Baroness Evans of Bowes Park (Leader of the House of Lords and Lord Privy Seal) and the Rt. Hon. Michael Gove MP (Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster).

    Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.
