    The Queen, Patron, Protector and Supporter, this morning visited the Royal Academy of Arts, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa) and the President (Mr. Christopher Le Brun).

    Her Majesty, escorted by the President, viewed the "Charles I: King and Collector" Exhibition and proceeded to the Royal Academy of Arts, Burlington Gardens.

    The Queen visited the West, Central and East Galleries and met those involved in the design and construction of the Burlington Gardens building, before unveiling the first painting to be installed in the new spaces.

    The Duke of Cambridge, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.
