    The Prince of Wales this afternoon departed from Aberdeen International Airport for Malta and was received later upon arrival at Malta International Airport by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Malta (His Excellency Mr. Stuart Gill).

    His Royal Highness later attended a Reception at St. Paul's Pro Cathedral, West Street, Valletta.

    The Prince of Wales, President, the Victoria Cross and George Cross Association, this evening attended the Seventy Fifth Anniversary Commemoration of the Awarding of the George Cross to the Island of Malta, St. George Square, Valletta, and was received by Dr. Joseph Muscat (Prime Minister of the Republic of Malta).

    Mr. Scott Furssedonn-Wood and Mr. Julian Payne are in attendance.

    The Duchess of Rothesay this morning opened the new extension at Aberdeen International Airport and was received by Mrs. Rita Esson (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Aberdeen).

    Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Harvest Thanksgiving Service at Aboyne Academy Hall, Aboyne, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire (Mr. James Ingleby).
