The Earl of Wessex, Patron, the London Gardens Society, later toured winning gardens in the London Borough of Enfield and was received by Mrs. Ann Cable (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London). His Royal Highness, Patron, Sport and Recreation Alliance, this evening attended a Dinner at Twickenham Stadium, Middlesex.

    The Queen, Patron, the Braemar Royal Highland Society, accompanied by The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this afternoon visited the Gathering of the Society at the Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park, Broombank Terrace, Braemar, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire (Mr. James Ingleby) and Mr. David Geddes (President of the Society). The Queen, accompanied by The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, afterwards opened The Duke of Rothesay Highland Games Pavilion.
