    The Princess Royal, Royal Patron, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, this morning visited the Beatrice Wright Centre, Hayton Road, Bielby, on the occasion of their Tenth Anniversary and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire (the Hon. Mrs. Susan Cunliffe-Lister).

    Her Royal Highness, President, Riding for the Disabled Association, this afternoon visited the Welburn Hall School Group, Kirkbymoorside, and was received by Mrs. Clare Wood (Deputy Lieutenant of North Yorkshire).

    The Princess Royal, Patron, later visited a Save the Children UK shop at 194 High Street, Northallerton, and was received by Mrs. Johanna Ropner (Deputy Lieutenant of North Yorkshire).

    Her Royal Highness afterwards attended a Reception for supporters of Herriot Hospice Homecare at Swinton Park, near Masham, and was received by Mr. Peter Scrope (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of North Yorkshire).

    Buckingham Palace

    The Queen, Patron, this morning opened the new Wing of the Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1, to mark its Centenary and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), the President (Air Marshal Sir David Walker) and Air Vice-Marshal Susan Gray (Chairman).

    The Queen viewed the newly-built Fitness and Business Suites and a new stained-glass window commemorating Women in the Royal Air Force.

    Her Majesty viewed a portrait commissioned to celebrate One Hundred Years of the Royal Air Force Club and met members of staff.

    The Princess Royal, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

    Ms. Ruth Bell (Deputy Lieutenant of Bedfordshire) was present at Luton Airport this afternoon upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of Bulgaria and Mrs. Radeva and welcomed His Excellency and Mrs. Radeva on behalf of The Queen.
