The Countess of Wessex this afternoon attended a Loss and Hope Service in Westminster Abbey, London SW1, in remembrance of those who have died during the pandemic.

    The Princess Royal, Patron, Farms for City Children, this afternoon visited Oasis Southampton City Farm, Green Lane, Southampton, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr. Nigel Atkinson). Her Royal Highness, Patron, later attended a Meeting with The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity at HMS EXCELLENT, Portsmouth, Hampshire. The Princess Royal, Commodore-in-Chief, Portsmouth, and Patron, National Museum of The Royal Navy, afterwards visited the Museum and toured HMS VICTORY at HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, to view restoration work. Her Royal Highness, Commodore-in-Chief, Portsmouth, this evening attended a Dinner to mark Trafalgar Night at HM Naval Base.

    The Countess of Wessex, Champion, Women Peace and Security, accompanied by Her Majesty's Ambassador to Libya (His Excellency Mr. Nicholas Hopton), this morning undertook a virtual visit to Libya via video link. Her Royal Highness attended a Meeting with women peacebuilders. The Countess of Wessex later virtually toured the United Nations Refugee Agency Community Day Centre for refugees and asylum seekers in Tripoli. Her Royal Highness afterwards attended a Meeting with Ms. Stephanie Williams (United Nations Acting Special Representative for the Secretary-General and Head of United Nations Support Mission in Libya), Ms. Begona Lasagabaster (United Nations Women Country Director for Libya and Tunisia) and members of the international community.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Commodore-in-Chief, Royal Naval Medical Service, this evening met military and civilian nurses at the Royal Albert Hall.
