Penelope Mordaunt MP (Secretary of State for International Developement). The Rt. Hon. Sajid Javid MP took the Oath of Office, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office as Secretary of State for the Home Department. The Rt. Hon. James Brokenshire MP took the Oath of Office, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office as Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government. Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council. The Rt. Hon. Andrea Leadsom MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council. The Rt. Hon. Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening. Mr. John Williams (Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex) was present at Gatwick Airport, London, this morning of upon the Arrival of the Governor-General of St. Lucia and Lady Cenac and welcomed Their Excellencies on behalf of The Queen.
