    Her Royal Highness, President, the Brooke Hospital for Animals, this afternoon received Mrs. Petra Ingram upon relinquishing her appointment as Chief Executive.

    The Queen held a Council via video link at 12.00 noon.

    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Dominic Raab MP (First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs), the Rt. Hon. Grant Shapps MP (Secretary of State for Transport) and the Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP (Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy).

    The Rt. Hon. Dominic Raab MP took the Oath of Office as Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, kissed hands upon appointment and received the Seals of Office.

    Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.
