    Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Friendship Café at Chequers Bridge Centre, Painswick Road, Gloucester, and was received by Mrs. Emma Willis (Deputy Lieutenant of Gloucestershire).

    The Princess Royal afterwards visited St. James City Farm and Riding School, 23 Albany Street, Gloucester.

    The Queen received the Bishop of Chester (the Right Reverend Mark Tanner) today via video link who did homage upon his appointment.

    Her Majesty received the Bishop of Chelmsford (the Right Reverend Dr. Gulnar Francis-Dehqani) via video link who did homage upon his appointment.

    The Rt. Hon. Robert Buckland MP (Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice) administered the Oaths.

    The Bishop of Carlisle (Clerk of the Closet) was in attendance.

    The Queen held a Council via video link at 2.30 p.m..

    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Robert Jenrick MP (Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government), the Rt. Hon. Priti Patel MP (Secretary of State for the Home Department) and the Rt. Hon. Gavin Williamson MP (Secretary of State for Education).

    The Rt. Hon. Dame Sue Carr, the Rt. Hon. Sir Clive Lewis, the Rt. Hon. Sir Christopher Nugee, the Lord Pentland and the Lord Woolman were sworn in as members of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

    Her Royal Highness this afternoon opened Bambino Mio Limited Head Office, 12 Staveley Way, Brixworth, and was received by Mr. James Lowther (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire).

    The Princess Royal later attended the Centenary celebrations of Scott Bader Company Limited, Wollaston, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
