    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Mark Spencer MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Nadine Dorries MP (Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport), the Rt. Hon. George Eustice MP (Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) and the Rt. Hon. Grant Shapps MP (Secretary of State for Transport).

    Mr Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

    The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of Her Majesty via telephone this evening.

    The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

    The Earl and Countess of Wessex, on behalf of The Queen in celebration of Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee, this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Gibraltar and were received upon arrival this afternoon at Gibraltar International Airport by the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Gibraltar (His Excellency Vice Admiral Sir David Steel) and the Chief Minister of Gibraltar (the Hon. Mr. Fabian Picardo).

    Their Royal Highnesses later visited the Headquarters of the Nautilus Project, Ocean Village.

    The Earl and Countess of Wessex this evening attended a Dinner given by the Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Gibraltar at the Convent, Main Street.

    Mrs. Angus Galletley and Mr. Alexander Stonor are in attendance.
