Her Royal Highness, President, the English-Speaking Union of the Commonwealth, later visited the Headquarters of the English-Speaking Union of the United States, 144 East 39th Street, New York.
The Princess Royal, President, the English-Speaking Union of the Commonwealth, this evening attended a Gala Dinner at the Cosmopolitan Club, 122 East 66th Street, New York.

Her Royal Highness later attended a Meeting with the Governor of South Kivu (Mr. Theo Ngwabidje) at the Governor's Office.
The Countess of Wessex this afternoon attended a Meeting with Trial International at the Orchids Hotel, 22-24 Avenue Kahuzi Biega, Bukavu.
Her Royal Highness later met members of the Pole Pole Foundation at the Orchids Hotel.
The Countess of Wessex this evening attended a Dinner with representatives from Women Civil Society organisations at the Orchids Hotel.

The King, accompanied by The Queen Consort, this morning conferred City Status on Dunfermline and was received at City Chambers. 6 Kirkgate, Dunfermline, by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Fife (Mr. Robert Balfour) and the Provost of Fife (Councillor J. Leishman).
Their Majesties afterwards attended a Reception in Dunfermline Abbey, St. Margaret Street, and were received by the Minister (the Reverend Mary Ann Rennie) and the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland (the Right Reverend Dr. Iain Greenshields).
The King, Royal Founding Patron, the British Asian Trust, and The Queen Consort later held a Reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse for the British South Asian Communities.
