    Windsor Castle

    The Lord Robertson of Port Ellen was received by The Queen today via video link and delivered up his Gold Badge and Chain upon relinquishing his appointment as Chancellor of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George.

    The Baroness Ashton of Upholland was received by The Queen via video link upon relinquishing her appointment as King of Arms of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George and delivered up to Her Majesty the Insignia of Office.

    The Queen handed to The Baroness Ashton of Upholland the Gold Badge and Chain upon her appointment as Chancellor of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George.

    Sir Mark Lyall Grant was received by The Queen via video link when Her Majesty handed to him the Insignia of Office upon his appointment as King of Arms of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George.

    Mr. Thomas Trotter was received by The Queen when Her Majesty presented him with The Queen's Medal for Music.

    Ms. Judith Weir (Master of The Queen's Music) was present.

    The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of Her Majesty via telephone this evening.

    The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

    The Duke of Kent, Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers and Greys), this afternoon received Brigadier David Allfrey at Kensington Palace upon relinquishing his appointment as Colonel of the Regiment and Brigadier Benjamin Edwards upon assuming the appointment.

    His Royal Highness, Chancellor, afterwards presided at Degree Congregations at the University of Bath, Claverton Down, Bath.

    The Earl of Wessex, Chancellor, University of Bath, this evening attended a Dinner at the University, Bath.

    The Countess of Wessex this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Belgium and was received this afternoon at Brussels Airport by Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium (His Excellency Mr. Martin Shearman).

    Her Royal Highness, Patron, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, later visited Child Focus, Avenue Houba de Strooper 292, Brussels.

    The Countess of Wessex, Patron, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, afterwards attended a Seminar at Bibliotheque Solvay, Rue Belliard 137, Parc Leopold, Brussels, in partnership with the European Parliament Intergroup for Children's Rights.

    Her Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner at the Residence of Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium in Brussels.
