Her Royal Highness, Vice Patron, The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, this evening attended a Reception to mark and celebrate The Queen becoming the Longest-Reigning Monarch of the United Kingdom at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Injured Jockeys Fund, today attended the Leger Legends Luncheon and Charity Raceday at Doncaster Racecourse, Leger Way, Doncaster, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (Mr. Andrew Coombe). The Princess Royal this afternoon opened the new Rail Maintenance Workshop, Wabtec Rail Limited, Doncaster Works, Hexthorpe Road, Doncaster.

    The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Apreco Limited, 1 Porthouse Business Centre, Tenbury Road, Bromyard, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire (the Countess of Darnley). His Royal Highness this afternoon visited St. Peter's Church, Church Lane, Bromyard. The Duke of Gloucester afterwards met representatives from Local Societies and Charitable Organisations at the Falcon Hotel, 2-4 Broad Street, Bromyard. His Royal Highness subsequently visited the Hope Family Centre, Hereford Road, Bromyard. The Duke of Gloucester later opened the Historic Victorian Waiting Room at Worcester Shrub Hill Railway Station, Worcester. The Duchess of Gloucester this afternoon visited the Disability Resource Centre, Poynters House, Poynters Road, Dunstable, to mark its Twenty First Anniversary and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire (Mrs. Helen Nellis).
