    The Duke of York this morning visited the Bahrain International Airshow and was received by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa. His Royal Highness afterwards attended the opening of GREAT British Week at the Bahrain International Airshow. The Duke of York this afternoon attended a Luncheon given by The King of Bahrain. His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner at the National Museum, Bahrain. The Duke of York, Patron, subsequently attended a performance by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the National Theatre, Bahrain.

    The Duke of York today carried out engagements in Bahrain. His Royal Highness this morning visited the Injaz Project at Al Bayan School, Isa Town. The Duke of York subsequently called upon The Crown Prince of Bahrain at Riffa Palace. His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Luncheon for the Bahrain-British Business Forum at the Radisson Diplomat Hotel. The Duke of York later visited the Naval Support Activity. His Royal Highness afterwards visited the United Kingdom Maritime Component Command Headquarters. The Duke of York this evening attended a British-led seminar for further education at the Intercontinental Hotel Bahrain.

    The Duke of York this morning departed from Luton Airport for Bahrain and was received upon arrival at Bahrain International Airport by Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain (His Excellency Mr. Iain Lindsay) and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Mr. James Upsher and Mr. Steve Kingstone are in attendance.
