It is a very humble organisation and it would be all too easy for its crucial contribution to go unnoticed.

Rugby is a game built on values – respect, pride, team work and discipline.

While it took me 30 years to make it to New Zealand for the first time, it certainly won't be long before I'm back again.

Like many of you in this room, these inspirational people will show us that everyone can make a difference.

It is great to see such strong ongoing relations between our two countries.

How can we best help communities in developing countries to help themselves?

I and many other British soldiers have been privileged to work alongside your troops in Afghanistan.

The Invictus Games this September will give these inspirational people the opportunity to showcase their talent and in doing so, prove that anything is really possible.

What a difference we can make if we all work together.

Some people don’t think it's cool to help others; personally I think it’s the coolest thing in the world!
