Anastacia, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman, Donny Osmond and Jason Donovan will be appearing in a special musicals medley which Andrew Lloyd Webber has put together for Concert for Diana at Wembley Stadium on 1st July. Also appearing in the special performance will be Lee Mead, winner of the BBC’s television show Any Dream Will Do. The choir for this specially devised segment is from the young people’s theatre group, Chicken Shed Theatre Company. Also announced today was the addition to the bill of Fergie from Black Eyed Peas and the release of a further batch of 5,000 tickets, which will go on sale from 9am Friday 15th June. Tickets, all priced at £45, are available from Ticketmaster on 0844 725 0107. 5,000 restricted view tickets are also available at the reduced price of £27.50. When they announced the concert last December, William and Harry explained that, 10 years on from their mother’s death, they wanted to celebrate her life and commemorate her achievements. In addition to a Memorial Service on 31st August, the concert marks what would have been Diana’s 46th birthday. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster on 0844 725 0107.
