The Queen has been graciously pleased to appoint the Rt. Hon. The Baroness Manningham-Buller, DCB to be a Lady Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, and The Baron King of Lothbury, GBE, to be a Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.
