Sunday 27 November

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, Patron of the Friends of St. Paul's Cathedral, attended the Advent Carol Service at St. Paul's Cathedral.

Monday 28 November

The Prime Minister of Greece, Mr. Kryiakos Mitsotakis, was received by The King at Windsor Castle.

The Queen of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and The Crown Princess of Denmark were invited to Tea with The Queen Consort at Clarence House.

The Countess of Wessex attended the International Conference for Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict in London, where she took part in an ‘In Conversation’ session with Dr Denis Mukwaye, as they discussed the work of the Panzi Foundation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Later at St James’s Palace, Her Royal Highness joined a reception at St. James's Palace for the Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative.

Tuesday 29 November

At Windsor Castle, The King hosted an Investiture Ceremony.

His Majesty later held a Roundtable Discussion for Disasters Emergency Committee member agency Chief Executive Officers and aid workers at Buckingham Palace.

As part of the UN 16 days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, The Queen Consort hosted a reception at Buckingham Palace to raise awareness of violence against women and girls.

The reception was also attended by The Countess of Wessex, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of the Belgians, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah of Jordan and Her Royal Highness The Crown Princess of Denmark.

The c.300 guests included survivors of violence against women and girls, their families, politicians and charities working in the area (including representatives from SafeLives, Women’s Aid and Refuge).

The Countess of Wessex attended the second day of the International Conference for Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative.

The Princess Royal attended a Service of Remembrance to commemorate the Fifty Fifth Anniversary of the final withdrawal of British Troops from Aden at St. Katharine's Church in Matson, Gloucester.

Later, Her Royal Highness as Chancellor, University of London attended their Foundation Day.

The Duke of Gloucester visited Beis Yaakov Primary School to celebrate their Fiftieth Anniversary, and later paid a visited Queen Elizabeth’s School to mark its Four Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary.

His Royal Highness also Noah's Ark Children's Hospice and opened the Community Hall at St. Mary the Virgin Church in Barnet.

Wednesday 30 November

The King hosted two Credential ceremonies at Buckingham Palace; the Ambassador from the Kingdom of Denmark and the Ambassador from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg both presented their Letters of Recall of their predecessors and their own Letters of Credence.

Her Honour Brenda Murphy (Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick) was received by The King at Buckingham Palace.

At the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in London, His Majesty officially opened the new Ukrainian Welcome Centre and met staff, volunteers and displaced families from Ukraine.

Designed to help Ukrainian nationals arriving in Great Britain, the centre is a point of contact for all essential information on arriving, settling, and long term living in the UK.

The Prince and Princess of Wales arrived in Boston for the second annual Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony, where they joined the Mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, and Ambassador Caroline Kennedy for a very special event to start the countdown to the ceremony, as the city’s landmarks were lit up green.

Their Royal Highnesses’ then attended the Wednesday night National Basketball Association game between the seventeen-time World Champion Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat at TD Garden in downtown Boston – which included a special moment to acknowledge the arrival of Earthshot in the city.

The Earl of Wessex visited St Andrew’s Club in London, in his role as Patron of London Youth. The Club is the oldest Youth Club in the world and one of the founding organisations of the London Federation of Boys' Clubs, now known as charity London Youth.

London Youth was The Duke of Edinburgh’s first charity patronage, beginning in 1947 and handed to his son The Earl of Wessex in 2020 after nearly 74 years.

The Princess Royal hosted an Investiture Ceremony at Buckingham Palace.

Her Royal Highness later attended a reception at the Institution of Civil Engineers in her role as Patron of RedR UK.

The Duchess of Gloucester hosted the annual Not Forgotten Christmas Party at St James’s Palace.

The Duke of Kent, Patron of the Tree Council, marked National Tree Week by planting a commemorative tree in the community gardens at Lancaster West Estate in London.

Specially cultivated to commemorate Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the new plum tree has been named ‘Plum Malling Elizabeth’.

Thursday 1 December

Continuing their visit in Boston, The Prince and Princess of Wales visited Greentown Labs to learn about the climate innovations that are being incubated in the city.

Their Royal Highnesses then travelled to the neighbouring city of Chelsea to visit Roca, a non-profit organisation focusing on high-risk young people between the ages of 16-24 years old at the centre of urban violence.

To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities, The Countess of Wessex visited Whizz-Kids in Guildford to meet some of those supported by the charity, which is the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users.

Later, The Countess joined The Earl at the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall.

Friday 2 December

The Princess of Wales visited The Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, as part of her ongoing work to elevate the importance of the early years to lifelong outcomes.

Meanwhile, The Prince of Wales visited the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum where he met Ambassador Caroline Kennedy and be given a short tour of the Museum.

President John F. Kennedy’s Moonshot – which challenged America to put man on the moon – is the key inspiration behind The Earthshot Prize, and during the vist His Royal Highness tookthe opportunity to hear more about President Kennedy’s inspirational legacy and his connections to Boston.

Tonight, Their Royal Highnesses will attend the Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony.

The Princess Royal conferred City Status on Bangor in Northern Ireland.

The new city recevied the status as part of The late Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
