Scotty's Little Soldiers

Scotty’s Little Soldiers is the charity for bereaved Armed Forces children. Inspired by the experience of war widow Nikki Scott, the charity offers vital support to children who have lost a parent while serving in the British Armed Forces.

The charity believes that every bereaved British Forces child should have access to the very best emotional support, outstanding development opportunities and the chance to smile again through a wide range of fun activities and gifts.

Scotty’s founder Nikki Scott set up the charity in memory of her husband and father to her two young children, Corporal Lee Scott, after he was killed during a tour of Afghanistan in 2009. Offering a lifeline to over 300 children across the UK, Scotty’s knows how traumatic a sudden death in the family can be for children, and is there to offer support when it’s most needed.
