THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IS ISSUED BY THE PRESS SECRETARY TO THE QUEEN
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh will visit Australia in the Autumn.
This visit will include the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Perth.
Background
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh visited Australia in 1954, 1963, 1970, 1973, 1974, 1977, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1986, 1988, 1992, 2000, 2002 and 2006.
