The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning departed from Royal Air Force Brize Norton for Canada and were received this afternoon upon arrival at St. John's International Airport, Newfoundland and Labrador, by the Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador (Her Honour the Hon. Judy Foote).
Their Royal Highnesses later attended an Official Welcome Ceremony at the Confederation Building, St. John's, and were received by the Governor-General of Canada (the Rt. Hon. Mary Simon) and the Rt. Hon. Justin Trudeau MP (Prime Minister of Canada).
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall afterwards visited Government House, St. John's.
Their Royal Highnesses subsequently visited Quidi Vidi Village, St. John's.

The Duke of Cambridge, on behalf of The Queen, paid his Condolences to The President of the United Arab Emirates following the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
His Royal Highness this evening arrived in the United Kingdom from the United Arab Emirates.
