    The Duke and Duchess of Sussex this morning departed Sydney Kingsford-Smith Airport for New Zealand and were received upon arrival this afternoon at Wellington International Airport by the Rt. Hon. Jacinda Ardern MP (Prime Minister of New Zealand).

    Their Royal Highnesses afterwards attended a Ceremony of Welcome at Government House, Wellington, and were received by the Governor-General of New Zealand (the Rt. Hon. Dame Patricia Reddy) and Sir David Gascoigne.

    The Duke and Duchess of Sussex later laid a wreath at the National War Memorial, Wellington.

    Their Royal Highnesses this evening received the Hon. Simon Bridges MP (Leader of the Opposition) at Government House.

    The Duke and Duchess of Sussex afterwards received the Prime Minister of New Zealand.
