The President of the Republic of Korea this afternoon visited 10 Downing Street where His Excellency viewed the United Kingdom-Korea Treaty of 1883.

The President had talks with the Prime Minister and remained to Tea, before Signing the Downing Street Accord: a United Kingdom-Republic of Korea Global Strategic Partnership.

The Rt. Hon. Sir Keir Starmer MP (Leader of the Opposition), accompanied by the Rt. Hon. David Lammy MP (Shadow Foreign Secretary), the Rt. Hon. The President of the Republic of Korea and Mrs. Kim Keon Hee this evening received an Address of Welcome and were entertained at a Banquet by the Rt. Hon. the Lord Mayor and the City of London Corporation at Guildhall.
