    St. James's Palace

    The Princess Royal this morning visited the North East Ambulance Service Hazardous Area Response Team, Unit 6, Monkton Industrial Estate, Mill Lane, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, to mark its Tenth Anniversary and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Tyne and Wear (Mrs. Susan Winfield).

    Her Royal Highness later presented The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service to Sunderland Maritime Heritage, Unit 2, Church Street East, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.

    The Princess Royal, Master, the Corporation of Trinity House, today visited Aged Merchant Seamen's Homes, Trafalgar Square, Sunderland.

    The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited the Burton at Bideford, Kingsley Road, Bideford, to celebrate its Seventieth Anniversary and were received by the Hon. John Rous (Deputy Lieutenant of Devon).

    The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall subsequently visited North Devon's Biosphere Reserve, Tennacott Farm, Tennacott Lane, Bideford, and was received by Mrs. Grania Philips (Deputy Lieutenant of Devon).

    The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited Iddesleigh, Winkleigh, and were received by Sir Michael Morpurgo (Deputy Lieutenant of Devon).

    The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, this afternoon visited Children's Hospice South West, Little Bridge House, Redlands Road, Fremington, Barnstaple, to mark its Thirtieth Anniversary and was received by the Countess of Arran (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Devon).

    The following members of The Queen's Body Guard of the Yeomen of the Guard were received by Her Majesty today: Colonel Michael Kingscote who delivered up his Stick of Office upon his retirement as Lieutenant when The Queen invested him with the Insignia of a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order, Major Henry Robertson who delivered up his Stick of Office as Clerk of the Cheque and Adjutant and received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Lieutenant, Major Christopher Cox who delivered up his Stick of Office as Ensign and received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Clerk of the Cheque and Adjutant, Colonel Jonathan Schute who delivered up his Stick of Office as Exon and received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Ensign, and Brigadier Andrew Hughes who received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Exon.

    The following members of Her Majesty's Body Guard of the Honourable Corps of Gentlemen at Arms were received by The Queen: Colonel Peter Flach who delivered up his Stick of Office upon relinquishing his appointment as Clerk of the Cheque and Adjutant and received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Lieutenant, Major David Kennard who delivered up his Stick of Office upon his retirement as Standard Bearer, Major Charles Macfarlane who delivered up his Stick of Office as Harbinger and received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Standard Bearer, Colonel Edward Bolitho who received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Clerk of the Cheque and Adjutant, and Lieutenant Colonel Rory Ingleby-Mackenzie who received his Stick of Office upon his appointment as Harbinger.

    Major General Christopher Ghika (Major General Commanding Household Division) was received by The Queen this afternoon.

    The Queen held a Council via video link at 2.30 p.m..

    There were present: the Rt. Hon. Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Thérèse Coffey MP (Secretary of State for Work and Pensions), the Rt. Hon. Alister Jack MP (Secretary of State for Scotland) and the Rt. Hon. Priti Patel MP (Secretary of State for the Home Department).

    The Rt. Hon. Lucy Frazer MP, the Rt. Hon. Dame Diana Johnson MP, the Rt. Hon. Mark Pritchard MP, the Rt. Hon. Angela Rayner MP and the Lord Udny-Lister were sworn in as members of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

    Mrs. Ceri King was in attendance as Deputy Clerk of the Council.

    The Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen via telephone this evening.

    Her Royal Highness this afternoon opened the NHS Blood and Transplant Centre, Capitol Park, Dodworth, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

    The Princess Royal later visited Cannon Hall Farm, Bark House Lane, Cawthorne, Barnsley.
