    Her Royal Highness, Patron, Holy Trinity Church Appeal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this evening attended a Church Service at Holy Trinity, Bell Lane, Minchinhampton, and was received by Mrs. Jane Jenner-Fust (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire).

    His Royal Highness, President, The Prince's Trust, this afternoon visited The Prince's Trust - Cymru, Howells Building, 8-18 St. Mary Street, Cardiff.

    The Prince of Wales, President, Business in the Community, later visited Ponthir House Inn, Ponthir, as part of The Prince of Wales's "Pub is the Hub" Initiative, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Gwent (Brigadier Robert Aitken).

    Her Royal Highness afterwards visited the "Mud, Sweat and Tears" exhibition at the National Horseracing Museum, Palace Street, Newmarket, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Suffolk (Clare, Countess of Euston).

    The Earl of Wessex, Commodore-in-Chief, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, this morning visited RFA TIDESURGE, HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr. Nigel Atkinson).

    His Royal Highness today visited HMS M.33 (a conserved First World War ship) at the National Museum of the Royal Navy, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, HM Naval Base, Portsmouth.

    The Earl of Wessex this afternoon held a Meeting with Vice Admiral Nicholas Hine (Second Sea Lord and Deputy Chief of Naval Staff) at HMS VICTORY, the National Museum of the Royal Navy.

    His Royal Highness afterwards visited the Mary Rose Museum, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

    The Earl of Wessex subsequently attended a Meeting with representatives from the local tourism industry at the Mary Rose Museum.

    Windsor Castle

    The Queen this morning arrived at Manchester Victoria Railway Station and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester (Sir Warren Smith), the Lord Mayor of Manchester (Councillor Thomas Judge) and the Mayor of Trafford (Councillor Laurence Walsh).

    Her Majesty drove to the set of "Coronation Street" at ITV Studios, Coronation Street, Trafford Wharf Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, to mark their Sixtieth Anniversary and was received by Mrs. Sharman Birtles (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester).

    The Queen, escorted by Mr. Iain Macleod (Series Producer), walked along "Coronation Street", meeting members of the cast and crew, before being received by Dame Carolyn McCall (Chief Executive Officer, ITV plc) and meeting further members of the cast in the "Rovers Return".

    Her Majesty afterwards visited Manchester Cathedral to mark the Six Hundredth Anniversary of the Cathedral and was received by the Dean (the Very Reverend Roger Govender) and the Bishop of Manchester (the Right Reverend Dr. David Walker), before meeting members of the Cathedral community.

    The Queen, escorted by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, moved into the gardens and met the Lord-Lieutenants of Cheshire and Cumbria, the Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire and a Deputy Lieutenant of Merseyside and members of their respective communities.

    The Princess Royal, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at St. James's Palace this morning.
