The King and The Queen, Patron, The Queen's Reading Room, this evening attended a Reception for The Queen's Reading Room Literary Festival at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey, and were received by the Chairman of Historic Royal Palaces (Ms. Carole Souter), the Chairman of The Queen's Reading Room (Ms. Amanda MacKenzie) and Ms. Victoria Perrin (Chief Executive).

Her Majesty afterwards attended a Festival performance at the Palace.

The King this morning held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace for Disasters Emergency Committee member agency Chief Executive Officers and aid workers.

His Majesty this afternoon received Garrison Sergeant Major Andrew Stokes (Coldstream Guards) and Ms. Susan Amer.

The King and Queen entertained The King and Queen of the Belgians to Dinner this evening at Windsor Castle.

The Queen this afternoon opened the British Flowers Week Exhibition at the Garden Museum, 5 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1, and was received by Mr. Christopher Wellbelove (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Majesty later received Colonel Richard Charrington (Colonel, The Royal Lancers, Queen Elizabeths' Own) and Lieutenant Colonel William Richmond (Commanding Officer) upon The Queen's appointment as Colonel-in-Chief of the Regiment.

Her Majesty, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Lancers (Queen Elizabeths' Own), afterwards held a Reception at Clarence House.

The Lord Evans of Rainow (Lord in Waiting) was present at Royal Air Force Northolt this morning upon the Arrival of The King and Queen of the Belgians and welcomed Their Majesties on behalf of The King.

The King this morning presented Honours at Buckingham Palace to members of the Army who were involved in the State Funeral of The late Queen Elizabeth II.

His Majesty received the Bishop of Blackburn (the Right Reverend Philip North) today who did homage upon his appointment.

The Rt. Hon. Alexander Chalk MP (Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice) administered the Oath.

The Bishop of Carlisle (Clerk of the Closet) was in attendance.

The Lord Patten of Barnes was received by The King this afternoon when His Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.

The Rt. Hon. Ben Wallace MP (Secretary of State for Defence) was received by The King.

Admiral Sir Benjamin Key (First Sea Lord and Chief of the Naval Staff) was received by His Majesty.

The King this evening attended a performance of George Frideric Handel's Coronation Anthems and "Dettingen Te Deum" given by the Royal Philharmonic Society and Wigmore Hall to celebrate the Coronation in St. James's Roman Catholic Church, Spanish Place, 22 George Street, London W1, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), the Chairman of Royal Philharmonic Society and Director of Wigmore Hall (Mr. John Gilhooly) and the Rector (Monsignor Philip Whitmore).

The King presented Ms. Judith Weir (Master of The King's Music) with Honorary Membership of the Royal Philharmonic Society.

The King this afternoon visited The President of Romania at Cotroceni Palace, Bucharest, Romania.

His Majesty later attended a Reception given by The President of Romania at Cotroceni Palace.

The King was represented by the Earl Bathurst (President of Cirencester Polo Club) at a Thanksgiving Celebration for the Life of Mr. Kuldip Singh Dhillon (former Chairman of Cirencester Polo Club) which was held at Trewsbury Farm, Coates, near Cirencester, Gloucestershire, this afternoon.

The Baroness Ashton of Upholland was received by The King this morning when His Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Lady Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.

His Excellency Mr. Andrew Gomez was received by The King upon his appointment as High Commissioner for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in London.

Mrs. Alison Brittain (Chairman, The Prince's Trust Group), Mr. John Booth (Chairman, The Prince's Trust Council), Mr. Jonathan Townsend (Chief Executive, The Prince's Trust) and Mr. Shabir Randeree (Chairman, The Prince's Trust International) were received by His Majesty.

The Queen this morning visited the British Racing School, Snailwell Road, Newmarket, to mark its Fortieth Anniversary and was received by the Lady de Ramsey (Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire).

Her Majesty, Patron, the British Sporting Art Trust, this afternoon attended a Reception at Palace House, Newmarket, and was received by the Hon. Peter Stanley (Deputy Lieutenant of Suffolk).

The King this morning received Major General James Bowder (Regimental Lieutenant Colonel, Grenadier Guards) and Major James Gatehouse (Regimental Adjutant) who presented His Majesty with a sculpture commissioned to celebrate the Coronation.

His Majesty, Company Commander, The King's Company Grenadier Guards, this afternoon received Major Jonathan Hathaway-White (Captain, The King's Company), and Warrant Officer Dean Jones and Warrant Officer Matthew Hall (Company Sergeant Majors).

Air Chief Marshal Sir Michael Wigston was received by His Majesty upon relinquishing his appointment as Chief of the Air Staff.

By command of The King, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr. Mr Igor Pokaz at 21 Conway Street, London W1, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Croatia to the Court of St. James's.

The King this morning presented Honours at Windsor Castle to the Crew of the State Gun Carriage of the Royal Navy at the State Funeral of The late Queen Elizabeth II.

The Hon. Nicolas Bramall was received by The King this afternoon and delivered up the Insignia of the Order of the Garter worn by his father, the late Field Marshal the Lord Bramall.

The Hon. Mrs. Nicolas Bramall was also received by His Majesty.

The Hon. Mrs. Barnes-Yallowley and the Hon. Verity Inge were received by The King and delivered up the Insignia of the Order of the Garter worn by their father, the late Field Marshal the Lord Inge.

The Very Reverend Dr. David Ison was received by The King this afternoon when His Majesty conferred upon him the honour of Knighthood and invested him with the Insignia of a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order upon relinquishing his appointment as Dean of St. Paul's Cathedral, and Dean of the Order of St. Michael and St. George and Dean of the Order of the British Empire.

Surgeon Captain David Anthony Hett RN was received by The King upon relinquishing his appointment as Medical Officer to Queen Elizabeth II Abroad, and Tour Doctor to The King, when His Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

By command of The King, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr. Lounès Magramane at the Embassy of Algeria, 1-3 Riding House Street, London W1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Court of St. James's.

The King was represented by Mr. Stephen Leckie (His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross) at the Funeral of Mr. John Bullough (Chairman of Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance) which was held at St. John's Kirk of Perth, St. John's Place, Perth, this afternoon.

The King this morning visited St. Patrick's Cathedral, Armagh, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of County Armagh (the Earl of Caledon) and the Dean (the Very Reverend Shane Forster).

His Majesty met Church Leaders and representatives of the parish, community and youth work.

The King and Queen afterwards visited the Market Place Theatre and Arts Centre, Market Street, Armagh, for a Celebration of Culture and were received by the Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (Councillor Paul Greenfield) and the Chief Executive of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (Mr. Roger Wilson).

His Majesty met representatives of The Prince's Trust and The Prince's Foundation whilst Her Majesty met members of the Knit and Natter group and the Community Intercultural Programme group, before The King and Queen met local food artisans and viewed a performance on the stage.

Their Majesties this afternoon visited the Coronation Community and Heritage Celebration at Enniskillen Castle and were received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of County Fermanagh (the Viscount Brookeborough).

The King and Queen posted letters in the Kindness Postbox before visiting the Big Coronation Lunch.

His Majesty subsequently met groups of Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers and 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards at the Volunteer and Community Village, before The King and Queen viewed a performance of local Irish and Scottish dancers.

Their Majesties afterwards viewed activities taking place on Lough Erne from Broadmeadow, met members of the local community and viewed a display of Fermanagh's farming heritage.

The Queen this morning visited Armagh Robinson Library, Abbey Street, Armagh.
