The King, Patron, this morning visited the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland at New Cumnock Town Hall, 31-33 Castle Street, New Cumnock, to celebrate the Tenth Anniversary of the Partnership between the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and The King’s Foundation, of which His Majesty is Royal Founding President, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Ayrshire and Arran (Sheriff Iona McDonald), the Principal of the Conservatoire (Professor Jeffrey Sharkey) and Mr. Patrick Doyle (Composer).
The King met members of staff of the Junior Conservatoire of Dance and Scottish Ballet Associate Dancers before listening to a performance by the Junior Conservatoire Orchestra and subsequently attending a Reception.
His Majesty this afternoon convened a Forum on Artificial Intelligence and its role in serving the public good with leaders from the sector, at Dumfries House, and later attended a Reception with those who attended the Forum.
The King, Royal Founding President, The King’s Foundation, this evening held a Dinner at Dumfries House.

The Prince William, Duke of Rothesay and The Duchess of Rothesay this afternoon carried out the following engagements on the Isle of Bute and were received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Argyll and Bute (Mrs. Jane MacLeod).
Their Royal Highnesses visited Bute Shinty and Amateur Athletic Club, Meadows Road, Rothesay.
The Prince William, Duke of Rothesay and The Duchess of Rothesay afterwards participated in a beach clean up with volunteers from Beachwatch Bute at Ettrick Bay Beach.
Their Royal Highnesses later visited the Anchor Tavern, 33 Marine Road, Bannatyne.

Balmoral Castle
The King this morning visited An Lochan Uaine and was received by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Inverness (Mr. James Wotherspoon) and the Chief Executive Officer of Cairngorms National Park Authority (Mr. Grant Moir).
His Majesty met firefighters and first responders, landowners, volunteers and members of the local community who worked to contain the Glenmore and Abernethy wildfire in July and August.
The King afterwards unveiled the companion granite stone which marks the twinning as sister parks of the Cairngorms National Park and Shenandoah National Park, Virginia, United States of America, an initiative which was announced during His Majesty's State Visit in April.
The King met representatives of Shenandoah and United Kingdom National Parks.
