The King declared in Council the Rt. Hon. Sir Alan Campbell MP Lord President of the Council, who was sworn and kissed hands on his appointment.
The Rt. Hon. Andrew Burnham MP was sworn First Lord of the Treasury.

After the Council the Rt. Hon. Louise Haigh MP had an audience of The King, was sworn Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, kissed hands upon her appointment and received from His Majesty the Seals of Office.
Her Excellency the Hon. Samantha Mostyn (Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia) was received in audience by The King this afternoon.
