Message of Condolence following the earthquake in China

I am saddened to hear of the loss of life and devastation as a result of the earthquake in Qinghai Province, China. I offer my heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of those who have been killed, and my deep sympathies to all those whose lives have been affected.
