The King thanks emergency services workers

This morning The King thanked emergency services workers for their support ahead of the State Funeral for Her Majesty The Queen.
His Majesty was greeted at Lambeth HQ by the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, the Home Secretary, and the Mayor of London.
The King was taken to the Metropolitan Police Special Operations Room where he met Deputy Assistant Commissioner Jane Connors and Commander Karen Findlay, who are leading the police operations around London ahead of and during the State Funeral for Her Majesty The Queen.
The King also had the opportunity to meet and thank staff from other emergency services, including London Fire Brigade, London Ambulance Service, and Army.
