Remarks by HRH The Duchess of Cornwall at New Pathways, Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Support Services, Cardiff

Before I go, I’d just like to say thank you to everybody at New Pathways and all the SARC centres throughout the country. I have visited a lot of them so I know what wonderful work you do for the victims of sexual abuse. I don’t know where they would be without you. 

So all I can say is a heartfelt thank you to all of you for doing the job that you are doing. I know it’s not easy but it has to be done and the more people who can speak about it, the better it is going to get and the more people who can come forward and come to visit you and other SARC places around the country. It’s so important and I just wanted to say thank you.
