The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visit Nice, France and Athens, Greece

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall arrived at the Nice Flower Market this morning to meet stall holders and members of the public during their final engagement in France.
Their Royal Highnesses visited a flower stall, a fruit and vegetable stall and a stall selling socca - a Nice speciality made from chickpea flour and olive oil.
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall then set off to Greece for the second part of their five-day tour. On landing in Athens, Their Royal Highnesses were welcomed by Kate Smith, the British ambassador to Greece.
To begin the Royal Visit to Greece, Their Royal Highnesses attended a service of remembrance at the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier in Syntagma Square, Athens. The Memorial is dedicated to Greeks who have died fighting for their country.
After paying their respects at the monument, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall met the President of Greece Prokopios Pavlopoulos and his wife Vlassia Pavlopoulou-Peltsemi at the Presidential Mansion.
The Prince of Wales told the Greek President he "deeply appreciated" the chance to officially visit the country and said he and The Duchess were "enormously grateful" for the "kind and generous" welcome.
President Prokopis Pavlopoulos described Their Royal Highnesses' trip as an "historic" visit and one more link in the "chain of friendship" between the UK and Greece.
After a private exchange of gifts, His Royal Highness arrived at the Maximos Mansion to meet the Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, while Her Royal Highness was escorted through the Benaki Museum by the Prime Minister's partner, Betty Baziana.
The Duchess was shown gold jewellery dating back to the First and Second Centuries, two early works by El Greco and a selection of Greek costumes, but told the tour guide: "I wish I had more time." During the visit, Her Royal Highness joked: "These are great paintings, my husband will be very jealous."
Before jointly attending an evening meal at the Presidential Mansion, The Prince of Wales received the leader of the Greek opposition, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
