The Prince of Wales attends the annual Style for Soldiers Christmas Reunion Party

The Prince of Wales attended the Style for Soldiers Christmas Reunion Party in London tonight.
The annual festive party brings together injured service personnel who have been helped by the charity, and is the largest reunion for recently injured military service personnel in the UK. Founded by shirt maker Emma Willis, Style for Soldiers aims to thank injured servicemen and women for their courage and service through the gift of a bespoke shirt.
Working with partner organisations and supporters including Marks & Spencer, Russell & Bromley, Lock & Co hatters and others, the charity aims to provide injured service personnel with a smart uniform for job interviews and their new careers. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall were first introduced to Style for Soldiers during a visit to the Headley Court Military Rehabilitation centre in 2012.
The Prince met guests and supporters during the evening, including Style for Soldiers’ Ambassador David Gandy. Former serviceman Martin Wade was also there to showcase his paintings to His Royal Highness and guests, part of a creative process to deal with the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
During the speeches, The Prince of Wales presented two regimental walking sticks to their new owners before addressing the guests.
