Her Majesty The Queen sends a message as The Commonwealth Games 2018 comes to a close

Published

As a successful Commonwealth Games draws to a close on the Gold Coast, I send my congratulations to all those involved.

I hope the friendship and concord that brings the spirit of the Commonwealth alive will continue to encourage everyone to strengthen the bonds that unite us all, as we look forward to the 2022  Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
